ALL orders over $75.00 ship for FREE!
ALL Metagenics-ONLY orders ship for FREE!*

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Our product lines are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. All manufacturers are now shipped together in one package with the exception of Metagenics, which is shipped seperately.

• Pure Encapsulations ONLY orders are shipped factory direct via UPS.
• Douglas Laboratories ONLY orders are shipped factory direct via UPS.
• Metagenics orders are shipped factory direct via UPS.
• ALL other manufacturers & ALL mixed orders are shipped via our distribution warehouse in Arizona via FedEx.
• Clinic patients may pick up their products at our clinic, or ask that we ship direct.

SHIPPING METHOD
As stated above, orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Depending on where in the United States you live, delivery can take 2-5 BUSINESS days. Neither UPS nor FedEx will deliver on weekends, nor do they count weekend days as shipping days.

SHIPPING DAYS
We process and ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. All orders placed before noon (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays) will ship the SAME DAY, excluding Douglas Laboratories' orders.

DOUGLAS LABORATORIES' ORDERS: Douglas Laboratories can hold an order from 1-2 business days before shipping, at which point, they will ship UPS Ground. Please allow for this extra shipping-processing time to ensure that you have plenty of home stock on hand.

NON-SHIPPING DAYS
Saturdays, Sundays, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

SHIPPING DESTINATION
We DO NOT ship outside the continental U.S. except to Alaska & Hawaii.

SAME-DAY SHIPPING
For all orders placed before NOON, M-F, we offer same-day shipping. The exception is Douglas Laboratories-ONLY orders.

BACK ORDER POLICY
We will ship your back order with NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES as soon as the product becomes available, typically within 7-10 business days. Since we ship factory direct, there is no way for us to know at any given time, what may, or may not be on back order; therefore, at the time you place your order, all items are charged.

Back ordered products are paid for at the time your order is placed and are sent UPS Ground or FedEx GROUND (see above). Backorders will be maintained for 30 days. Back orders change from hour to hour; therefore, there is no way for us to know in advance when a product may be out of stock or exactly how long it is going to be unavailable.
